Congratulations will be in order to our Cloverleaf Squares 2012 graduating class! They will be graduating on Sunday April 29th 2012 and will also be joining us at DOR on May 12th. Please see the entire list of graduates in the issue of the Promenader. Many thanks to the Angels, that have dedicated their time and efforts to making this year’s class successful.

WOW!! Summer already. On May 6th, we start our summer schedule and will be moving to our summer location at the air-conditioned Henrietta Fire Hall, with Plus teach starting at 7pm, dancing to Plus teach level from 8pm to 9pm, and full plus dancing from 9pm to 10pm. There will be rounds between tips from 8pm to 10pm. See our summer ad in the issue of the Promenader for details on our summer schedule. Or click on this link to see our flyer!

On May 19, we will be starting our new season of the Canalway Adopt-A-Trail program. Our club is one of many groups who play a vital role in keeping the more than 300 miles of the canal trail that stretches between Buffalo and Albany in clean, and tip top shape. This is our 3rd season of doing this worthwhile, enjoyable project.

During the winter months, we kept ourselves busy and warm by having a nite out with dinner and a movie. About 18 of us met for dinner at Jay's Diner and then went across the street to Movies 10 where we all went in different directions to see the movie of our choice. A good time was had by all.

Keeping with the theme of warmth and comfort, we had pajama nite at one of our dances and had a White Elephant sale on the same nite. The money that was collected from the sale of all the items donated by our members was then given to a local food shelf

On Saturday April 21st, don't miss the Tri-Club dance hosted by Cloverleaf Squares, Country Twirlers and Village Squares. Don & Doug Sprosty will be calling and Natalie Sprosty will be cueing at the Washington Irving School, 2400 Chili Avenue near the Greater Rochester International Airport. See our ad in this addition of the Promenader for more information about the Sprosty’s.

Coming up on August 4th, we will be having a memorial dance in honor of Bob Brew, featuring out of town caller Dee Dee Dougherty-Lottie and Mary Hinkle cueing. This is a FREE dance, and is made possible through donations to the Bob Brew memorial fund. See our ad in the issue of the Promenader for full details.

Mark your calendars for late October, Cloverleaf Squares and Country Twirlers are sponsoring the 2nd annual Oktoberfest Dance. See our ad in the issue of the Promenader for more details.
